General information：α-Monolaurin Glyceride is a monoester formed by lauric acid and glycerol. It is recognized as GRAs food additive,and widely used food emulsifier. This product has anti-virus function in destroying the envelope of ASFv, inhibiting virus replication. Now more and more pig farms are using it for prevention and control ASF.
